Eat Doori
— Indian street culture translated into spatial narrative
Born from a journey through India, Eat Doori reinterprets the energy of subcontinental street food culture through an architectural lens. The first location in Frankfurt set the tone: a narrow, elongated floorplan becomes the stage for a spatial storyline, moving from exterior-inspired scenes to intimate dining zones.
Drawing on tactile contrasts, material improvisation, and layered atmospheres, the interior captures the essence of India without resorting to cliché. What began as a single space has grown into a family of six locations, each unique in expression yet connected by a shared design DNA.
